The last and perhaps most important match of the year was decided on Saturday, when young met old in the Battle for the Yellow Peas.
Of course, young didn’t stand a chance. The result was:
Old people: “A lot”
Youth: “Not so much”
After the game, the tradition of eating yellow peas and roast beef and telling tall tales ensued.
A big thank you to Malene and her son Thor, who organized this year’s dinner, which as always was spot on.
