Årets 7’s bliver en endagsturnering på grund af manglende tilmeldinger. Nedenstående besked er sendt ud til alle deltagende hold:

Hi all 22 7’s participants,

We are 2 months away from the start of the tournament and will give you an update for the 7’s

While the RK Speed tournament committee have planned to host up to 48 teams over 2 days, we regrettably have seen a decline in number of teams who have signed on to the event. Presently we have approximately 28 teams in the tournament. Our experience tells us that the number of participating teams will not change significantly at this time, while some may apply later, others may withdraw.

Due to the low number, we have decided to adjust the tournaments game schedule from 2 days to 1 day. This means all 3 tournaments (men – ladies and old boys) will start and conclude on Saturday August 13^th. We plan for a maximum of 5 games per team.

Games will start at 12 noon and conclude around at 7,30pm

As you have no games Sunday, we invite all participants and officials to join the Viking games and the great rugby party Saturday evening

The camping area is open for all rugby participants from Friday to Sunday. We will ask you vacate the camping area Sunday, as we can’t provide accommodation from Sunday afternoon

If the change may prompt your team to cancel the participation. Let us know and we will return the tournament fee you have transferred to RK Speed earlier
